Presentation of the Prekmurje Region at the 36th Alpe–Adria Fair in Ljubljana

Between February 4th and 7th, 2026, we were once again present in Ljubljana at the Alpe–Adria Fair, one of the region’s most important tourism meeting points that is held annually. This multi-day event once again brought together service providers from numerous countries, offering visitors the opportunity to discover the latest travel offers, programme ideas, and experience-rich destinations all in one place.

At our stand, publications and promotional materials presenting the Prekmurje region attracted great interest this year as well. Visitors gained insight into our region’s rich natural heritage, cultural diversity, traditions, and the range of upcoming events. We were delighted to see that more and more people are discovering the peacefulness, hospitality, and unique experiences of Prekmurje. It was also a pleasure to present the world of traditional craftsmanship live at our craft stand: products made from corn husks and other natural materials were created in front of the visitors, evoking the region’s long-standing craft traditions.
